Fazenda Salto is an 800 Ha farm run by Fabio and his sons André and Juca are always striving to produce quality coffee and constantly midfull of the importance of sustainability, the environment and social issues which impact the farm. The farm Fazenda do Salto, which has a history longer than 100 years is now led by Otávio Reis. He is the 5th generation and three generations of the family currently manage this farm together.
