Cultivated from hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon, Pink Bourbon is said to have been first found in Pitalito, Huila. It has a substantial amount of glucose which has been thought to help give the coffee its more delicate, soft and complex profile. The cherries ripen to a rosy pink/orange color, giving name to this unique coffee variety. The coffee is a collective of three different farms; Finca La Milagrosa, Finca Las Brisa, and Finca Granadas grown at higher altitude.
Taste like grapefruit, berries, balanced by a honeyed sweetness.
