This coffee is produced by Tuang Coffee, a company that are inspired by coffee culture in Flores, especially Manggarai region. In local Manggarai language, "Tuang" means "King" or "Master".
To produce finest quality coffee, the cherries are picked at the ripest, and went through 12-18 hours anaerobic dry fermentation inside sealed bags before being dried for 3-5 weeks until it reach ideal moisture content.
As winner of Indonesia Barista Championship 2020, this coffee will taste of strawberry, ripe pinapple, candy-like sweetness.
