This lot was exposed to aerobic fermentation for 24 hours, then placed inside Grainpro bags whilst maintaining a temperature below 22 ºC with CO2 added. Later, the cherries were pulped, gently washed, and placed on raised beds until an ideal moisture content was achieved. This micro-lot is 100% Pink Bourbon.
This coffee will taste like Winey, Plum, Grapefruit
