It is a blend of Indonesian Sumatra with Ethiopian and Brazil to improve taste, the fact that the two complimented each other and resulted in a more complex cup. The Ethiopian coffee adds the citrus notes along full body, low-toned and earthiness from Sumatra with chocolaty richness from Brazil beans.
This blend of coffees using both the origin and the roast level to really enhance the drinking experience with no bitterness or burnt flavours since it is medium roast coffee.
Suitable for espresso and filter.
