Temanggung Bubblegum Liberica

This specialty grade Liberica is origin from Kendal Indonesia. Produced by Pak Reza Nurullah the coffee were processed by unique and experimental approach to coffee production, specifically focused on fermentation with different strains of brewer's yeast. This approach can indeed result in distinctive flavor profiles in coffee beans, as yeast strains can interact with the sugars in coffee cherries during fermentation to produce a wide range of aromatic compounds and flavors.
