Our relationships with trusted suppliers ensure we receive only the highest quality beans — from the highlands of Ethiopia to the volcanic soils of Sumatra. Each origin brings unique flavor profiles that we highlight through our roasting.
Unlike industrial roasters that rush through tons of coffee, we take a slow roast approach in small batches. This allows our roasters to carefully develop each batch, patiently adjusting temperature and timing to bring out deeper, more nuanced flavours.
